Intimei is an adult-oriented virtual companion service. The companion profiles are fictional, AI-powered characters. They are not human dating members and do not represent people physically located near you.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and must also meet any higher age-of-majority or adult-service requirement that applies where you live.
The Service provides conversations and interactive experiences with AI-powered virtual personas. Character names, biographies, locations, availability, moods, relationship states and similar attributes may be fictional or simulated for the experience.
You must not interpret an “available”, location, typing or character-status indicator as evidence that a real human is behind the persona or physically nearby.
The Service may permit adult-oriented or sexual conversation between an adult user and an AI persona where allowed by applicable law and platform rules. This does not permit illegal or harmful content.
You may not use the Service for content involving minors, sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, credible threats, instructions facilitating serious wrongdoing, harassment, unlawful hate, or content that violates another person's rights.
Some features consume credits. The amount consumed can depend on model usage and response length unless the purchase screen states a fixed amount. Your current balance is shown in the application.
Before a digital-credit purchase is created, the Service may ask you to expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge the consequences for cancellation or withdrawal rights that apply in your jurisdiction. Those choices are recorded with the applicable terms version.
Payments are processed by the payment provider presented at checkout. Availability of payment methods can vary by country and by the nature of the Service. Refund and cancellation rights are governed by applicable law and the conditions presented at purchase; nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not probe, abuse or bypass authentication, rate limits, payment controls, credits, moderation systems or administrative features, nor inject unauthorized content into internal AI or retrieval systems.
Conversations can contain sensitive personal information. Our handling of account, conversation, memory, payment and related information is described in the Privacy Policy.
AI output can be inaccurate, inconsistent or inappropriate. A persona's statements are generated content and should not be treated as professional, medical, legal, financial or factual advice. Do not rely on a virtual persona for emergencies or critical decisions.
We may restrict or terminate accounts to protect users, enforce these Terms, respond to fraud or chargebacks, comply with law, or protect the security and integrity of the Service. Users may request account deletion through the available account controls.
The production version of these Terms must identify the legal operator, registered address, contact details, governing-law provisions and any mandatory consumer-dispute information required for the markets served. Those operator-specific fields have not yet been supplied in this repository and must be completed before commercial launch.
